The characters are sweet but lack substance and depth. There was hope for a much more fleshed out book but this story lacked presence. There is no exploration of the romance between the characters or how their personalities reflect each other.This was a lighthearted and enjoyable read and no not every romance requires sex scenes but this was missing the romance. By the end it was not believable that these characters loved each other and were ready to court with the intention of marriage. The feeling at the end of the story was more one of friendship and I didn't feel like they were attracted to one another physically or mentally.
I also wish that there was much more background about the town of Trio and how it came to be. Since this is the first book about the town of Trio I had also hoped that there would be something more about the dynamics of a trio and growing up with trio parents.
This short story left me with so many questions and I did not get the sense that future books would be answering my many questions. I would say all in all a good start for a fledgling writer and there is promise in this series, but a lot of work needs to be done.

2 brothers find the girl of their dreams and decide to woo her. This book was a quick and sweet read. Unlike other menage a trois this one does not have any sex, which I did not miss and neither will you.
It was a sweet story of a girl who secretly watches a neighbor & he is doing the same to be able to meet.
Little does she knows he has a twin that wants her too. Pretty short & simple story. Not sure I will read any
more of this series.
This book was absolutely boring. I would not advise anyone to read it. It did not hold my interest and why read a ménage with no sex scenes at all. I hope her next book is better.
From one new writer to another, I love the story subject. I write about the same thing. This is a cute story. I plan on reading all the ones after this. I cant wait to read more about their lives.
Finding Their Girl is my first book by Mikayla Selover. This book is a very quick read, a good choice for those with limited time for reading. Even though this is a manage romance, there is no sex scenes so it's a relatively clean read. Finding Their Girl is a cute short story and is book 1 of the Town of Trio Menage Series, but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Short, very feel good romance story, but it wasn't not erotica in my mind, unless just proposing menage is erotica. I like short stories and I like menage so I'm curious where this is going. The characters are rather simplistic and could have used a bit more development, still keeping within the short story genre, before dropping the menage bombshell on the heroine. The greatest shortcoming, in my mind, was that the three characters are obviously normal young people, with what is hinted at as normal libidos, so why wasn't there more sparks before the key question was raised?
I really liked this story. It was very short but a good intro to menage stories and now I can't wait to find out what happens to this trio. How does Barb deal with two hunks as husbands and this whole new lifestyle? How does Spencer and Tyler introduce Barb to their lifestyle and their family? How do these two wonderful men share Barb and how does she split her affections between two men? So many questions...let the reading begin!! Well done, Ms Selover! Can't read more from this author! This is an interesting take on this very unique relationship and amazing to have not just one man love you but two...WOW!! Sign me up for residency! Well done, Ms Selover!
